Resist fire/cold equipment was changed a couple of months ago. It doesn't provide as much resistance as the spell, but it stacks, so theoretically you could build a 'resist fire set' that collectively gives you really huge resistance. Probably the broach by itself only provides 10% or 20% resistance, not 50% like the spell. This is explained in some old news, but I don't immediately know how to search news archives.

I have a couple requests.

#1. could we please have negative affects like chill touch and disintigrate show up in your score, like entangled in webs and demon possession?

#2. the peri can cast its blessing on you when you are blessed, but you can't bless yourself if it falls while his blessing is up.

Is that with grace or unholy aura or something?
My (Acme's) peri has never blessed me when I had bless up that I have seen.

Yeah Mace, It happens to me frequently. I tried switching to aura when the Unknown Blessing was up and it said I was too holy or whatever.

Someone told me that the peri's blessing gives you bonus to hit and saves. So both have to fall off before you can bless again.

I think, maybe, yeah .... sleep deprived brain ... can't ... think ... can't ... remember ... arrrrrgh!!!

If a player is lucky enough to be affected by chill touch, it will now show up in score--well after the next reboot...

now, spellsaves showing up somewhere (maybe score stat?) would be kinda nice too
