Spellbook Read times..

Overall read times for spellbooks will go down on the next reboot. All in-game books used to range from 1 to 10 ticks to read. After the reboot, the range will be 1 to 4 ticks and it's based on the spell level. Before, the read time was based on an arbitrary number set on each book when the spellbook was made. (NOTE: As with the old system, your read times may still vary by up to one tick.)
