I can get prob get
+2mr on my fingers.
+wis on body
+wis on legs
+wis on feet
+mr hands
+mr arms (need lvl)
+wis shield
+mr body

Thats +5mr and +4wis more (makes me 17wis, which adds +1mr), a total
of +6mr more I think. Still kinda low for a Nc/ca/ca/ca who doesn't even
regen much HP with contemplation.

one thing to remember when checking your monk's hp regen is that
contemplation isn't always in effect. type score a few times, on vaire
it changes from +97 to +287 randomly and often. Maybe you've just
been noticing while it's not in effect. If not, then you just suck.

This is of course without bone armor. But anyways what were you saying about mana regen? You should easily get +10 or even +15 more mana regen than Dogs. If you take away his hp regen eq im down more towards 250hpr.

Is that with or without Reju??? If it's without (I'm guessing), your short the
+300 hp regen that most ppl have right now. I'm using the Reju spell and
not even hitting 200 hp regen. That does make a ~+100 hp regen difference.
Now I could be complete wrong, and "gain" more hp regen per lvl or at least
until 5x40. However I don't think thats the case. Would an immort shed
some light on this matter?

Dogs can't cast Rejuv.

w/ rejuv in ac no hp regen eq 280-290 hpr for me. Mana regen > hpr if you can heal so don't get excited.

I use two set, Dam Eq (-4 +10 +22) n Ma Regen Eq.

Forgot about Dogs no Cleric spells.

You guys keep making my point. As a Monk Prime, and three caster after
I'm not getting the beneifits of Contemplation or mana regen. My HP regen
is ~100 short, and my ma regen is average to other nc/ca.

I do wonder what Nab's hp regen. Also Mikey, you don't have +100 hp regen
eq on. So it doesn't matter about ur HP Regen Eq. We do have a gap here.
