Yeah.. warriors - taking the risks so others may benefit. Suck at solo too - still spend a lot of time regenning when some other classes can run twice as much without even having to stop, even at lower levels.. pathetic really. I'd give up warriors but I can't be fecked starting all over again - already found that out.

what I type on Sloth (place to relax).

I have 3 great classes to support my Monk Prime, however I wanted
something more as a Prime skill besides Wraithtouch. Ki may be faster then
focus, but from my understanding its the same amount of damage as regular
focus. Hence why I pushed for additional damage for a Prime stand point.

I'm asking for something more as a Monk Prime. Besides of the benefits that
have been posted Wraithtouch and Ki, Why should anyone pick Monks as
Prime???

Yes I know I have to compare "Thiefs" again, because they are the closest
class to monk with quick damage. Thiefs can backstab ether mobs with
their posion. Crippling Strike adds damage. Per what every 10 levels?
Something that adds more damage on the first hit. Monks have nothing
to improve their grips until lvl 38 tard. Also Aa I posted at the begining
that touch was lvl 32 monks. I was posting that comment to correct what I
posted earlier.

Here's an idea, to -start- to even things up.. make defy usable once an hour instead of once a day (real time), so at least warrior primes have a chance to kill ONE bigger mob every hour instead of never, while some other classes can take out anything in the game whenever they want.
Here's another idea - give warrior primes inherent and realistic HPregen rates, rather than worse HPregen than a number of caster classes get. It doesn't even make sense the way it is.

actually, there is ONE poison that effects ether mobs - it's a pain to brew (you can't buy it) and it only applies the damage of the poison, not your stab damage (unless it's been changed.) It is in no way comparable to wraithtouch.

while we're on the subject of wishing for ponies and highways paved with gold - lets give thieves parry too, to make up for having no AC, low HPs, and no mana regen. That way we might survive more than 1 run in 2!

Contemplation is a monk skill that gives increased resting hp regen. Dogs currently gets 282 hpr when resting in his dmg mode. I know you say its so much and yadda yadda. Honestly contemplation is the only skill that I have available to heal myself. Well I can use soul infusions but try and make enough of those to heal when you got 400 mana and you need most of that for spells. I created Dogs to prove that almost any classo can be functional if you learn it. Of course I cannot run much eq mobs with Dogs, my mr is too low to regen and 2 run something. However he is great to group and do smallish xp or coins with.

Clue: Hellwell is half ethereal.
Clue: Elemental school is nostab.
Clue: Get one.

Yes Hellwell cells are every other for ethereal.
Elemental is nostab and mostly "Mage" type kill there for gold. (When I'm on)

U could have included Pronghorns, Irap, and some ET maybe first lvl.
Hellwell is harder for grip and blast, due to the lag. So u will usually get
hit pretty hard on the turn around. (Then again i know Dogs at ac-8 or -9)

Here let me go back and bitch from the start:

More Grip/Touch/Strike for Prime Monks
Have mobs lost attack or alot more -hits once gripped, but not touch
Reduce the lag time for grip, would like to do something in group/solo

Actually thats about all I'm really "bitching" about. Just to see some better
improvements, since Warriors/Thiefs getting more skills.

Has there been any changes to Monks since the start? Ooo besides reducing
+hand dam eq, and Predictions?
