for most of those stabs vaire was at +17 to hit, so fairly high. though i will admit that the addition of 3rd stab did bring his % down about a point.

With monk in classo, that should be overkill.

if you mean the +hit is overkill, that's just what vaire has nat w/ str and tard bonuses, and his stabber, and valor adding 2. which is why nobody ever worried about making decent +hit eq. +hit never mattered b4 because natural thacos tended to be plenty to hit mobs. with all the changes lately though to mob ac's and the way +hit affects play the eq is slightly behind the times.

So why not -10.3 instead of -10? When you get webbed, and you will, u will lose the -.3


On that same thought, valkers should be remixed also... maybe only prime warrior valkers get -8.3 while non-prime warriors settle for -7.3 and non-warriors stacked at -6.3

Well, I was referring to overkill by old standards. With the new -11 rules I haven't even started to figure out what's reasonable for +hit. Though its not encouraging that both Vaire and Auto, who have warrior and monk in classo are searching for more +hit gear.

the only reason vaire is worried about +hit is because now whether he lands a stab or not dpends on his +hit. i could care less about hitting a mob in a fight, since if that's what i'm relying on i've already lost. and any amount of +hit i can add w/out loosing dmg i will try to do, even though he'll probly end up at -4ac.

If you have eq to equal -10.3ac and are webbed, your AC still shows as -10.0, so this has already been addressed it seems.
