I don't think it causes racisim, but the traditional thanksgiving story that we give to kids is a bunch of bs that covers up the real facts of a massive genocide. I'm not sure exactly if this causes any harm, but I won't trivialize those who say it does. Does it seem odd to anyone else that we celebrate the friendship between the pilgrims and the indians, when we all know what happened next?
