Let's be clear on a few things:

Nobody owns any areas. This has been reiterated in several incarnations of this game.
Nobody gets to claim all mobs in an area as their own. It doesn't work that way. There
are over 300 areas in the MUD, 9,000 objects, and 25,000 mobs to choose from.

There will not be any player killing of characters who are not 'outlawed' by normal,
ingame means else swift recourse be administered. Period. First and foremost, if
you feel that you have been wronged, approach that character and inquire in a civil
manner as to the reasons for their actions. We, the immortals, are not here to babysit
players. If, and only if, the dispute doesn't seem to be able to be resolved through
personal interaction between affected parties, then the immortals, at our own discretion,
may choose to inquire and take action further.

Hi Neptune, I have been playing these things too long to be approaching issues like this in a fluffy manner.

I have approached the matter in a clear and succinct manner which works, and is within the written rule of the mud. I stand by what I have said to the detriment of all my characters.

I now consider the matter closed, thank you.
