First, I am a thief not a tank. Reason why i bought max_dex was not to boost my AC but my th skills. I don't need AC nor I EVER run AC mode.
Am I supposed to pay 50 bil for my prime skill and almost everyone else 20bill for their prime skill just because tanks can use it too ?
What about plain dex skill ? 10bill ? it is so cheap considering everything said.

I'll never pay 50bill for it , maybe some tank will .. but whats the point of that really ?

I you would let us buy mex_prime_skills only ...

Max Dex does very little to increase an avatar's thief skills. So honestly, either one will buy it for AC or they wont buy it at all.
