also, mobs should get some kind of 'disrupt shift' proc that turns you normal and nekkid with everything in inv..

Just give everyone DEATH daggers and grenades and be done with it. Splorking everything without risk of death or dismemberment to self will become awfully boring after a short while - as would uncapped power on characters.. just saying..
