Just as a random note: if you're unhappy with the way someone is leading, and you feel like you have a legitimate grievance, it helps to inform them directly. Or at least, I like to know.

What does NOT help is misrepresenting the situation to anyone who will listen. Because if you didn't think some of those people don't immediately get my version of the story, you're not thinking clearly. And in the meantime, you've just pissed me off.

Oh, and this REALLY should go without saying, complaining to my fellow Pirates generally just instigates a storm of laughter on ktalk or icq.

And just to avoid hurt feelings, this post is not aimed at any one person in particular. It's aimed at more like seven.
