aaron can appear to be a difficult person to handle. I've known him since the day i started mudding over 10 years ago. Through the years, we've had our good times and our bad, but he never holds a grudge against you. one thing I know is that he stays loyal to his friends, always. it's a game to him, and should be a game to everyone. People like melanthe who used to mud 15hrs a day non-stop should really get help.
I've been leadin much less lately, coz I refuse to deal with groupies who demand and demand and demand. People who constantly ask for eq pops in xp groups, and people who tell me what I should be killing, etc. It's one thing if i'm a noob leader and don't know my way around, but if i'm leading a dweb group that clears out dweb almost 3 times before we regen, you should just stfu and enjoy the xp.
that said, I do find it a bit funny that Rub is whinning about all this, as he whinned the other day when i started a group, he tanked for about 20minutes, then when toxis joined and i changed tanks, he got pissy and rented coz he wanted tank xp.
I don't have a problem with rub, nor anyone on the mud for that matter. hell, I've even burried my differences with my eternal nemesis Splork
Chill, people. At the end of the day it's just a silly game for us to unwind, however addictive it is, and however much time we throw into it.
Note to elsie (and all other newcomers):
It's generally unwise for people who are new (less than 2-3 year play time) to the mud to get mouthy to the old-schoolers who have mudded for over a century. I'm not saying it's right for them to kill ya, I'm just saying there's an unspoken code of conduct on the mud that can make your mudding days unpleasant if you choose to be a smartass (not saying that u were, elsie, I've always enjoyed mudding with you)
