It's no secret that almost all of them do it. Cleric primes who have always been cleric primes have a much different mindset on sloth than someone who has been a thief or a mage.

Valanthe - 5/5 mostly bots, heals only when she feels like it, chews you out if you heal over her, just like Charsi did.

Yinao - 4/5 doesn't bot a lot, but doesn't pay good attention either, stops healing when another healer joins, whether they are prime or no.

Madmax - 4/5 I love Willie, but he frequently just lets his scripts do everything. Having a cleric tell the tank to "poke him" if they need a heal is a crock of shit.

Mannu - 3/5 Affected by Madmax disease frequently.

If you wanna see a good healer, watch Brad. Daeds is right on top of shit too.

Imho.. the best clerics i've seen in a while used to play tanks, thieves & mages.. Not only are they used to living in harms way and know the value of a well timed heal, but also cause they have died repeated needless deaths due to healo-bots..


no lie.. the best peeps to have in your healo is Jayde, Deadalus, Giselle, & Verin. you get them to back you up.. and you'll be just fine

Interesting sort of meant this.

Clerics do pleanty. While some bot, some dont, and some are excellent. They do mostly heal and raise you when needed. Try getting quest eq as a cleric prime. HAHHAHAHA The work done never matches any of the rewards on sloth.

This discussion would be far more interesting if we listed all bots and created a top 10-20 bots of now and perhaps all time.
No doubt we have seen bots that are not clerics.

Now i will agree that ive seen clerics bot. Perhaps they are there at the keyboard but the script is doing the healing. Lyme groups in particular where im fighting with some bot to stop overhealing. No doubt have seen that. However......

Too many times bots of other classos get on my, or a clerics case, for not healing. I inform them of my 23ma left or some total like that and tell them where they can take it. I think other classos sometimes expect the cleric to never run out of mana, and cover for their own botting lazy asses while they sponge and dont heal the tank. If a cleric grouptells OUT OF MANA, or some silly notification like that, that means its your turn to heal.

For the record my first char. started him in 1994 on Sloth 2 was Endor and was a thief/mage. Immorted him, didnt play for a long time, then started Mosaix Cleric/mage on sloth 3 many years later.
