Dragon form item crush proc

So do we really need this proc and shouldnt this be warned about in the help file? I tried to test fire breath on self cause I was curious about damage and I get this:

You rear back and breathe a stream of flame at a huge black dragon (Zukt)!
A huge black dragon (Zukt) breathes a stream of fire at you! You are engulfed in flames!
You resist some of the damage...
Flux burns

flux of dreams that die burns away.
