another broken forge?

i'm looking to complete the flaming cloak of the underworld, i have all the cps besides the forge note. i've heard you get the note from an autoquest, well i did that and no dice, i've also killed the tomb raider a bunch and no dice, has anyone done this forge, does anyone know how to get this forge note? is it broken?

I got the forge note from a two part autoquest some time ago. Have you completed the second part of the auto?
