legplates of broken skulls - Forge

I want to forge legplates of broken skulls.

This needs 1x A Bottle of Dwarven Moonshine'
The other 4 cps pop in Thordfalan Slavers but eqlist dosent show where this one is from.

Anyone able to let me know?

By definition, if a pop location is unavailable, it's either a forge (brew/trade/enchant/forge) or an autoquest. I recommend you inquiry with mobs that thematically fit with the item you seek in the area of the forge you're interested in. Since I'm not providing you with a direct answer, you can conclude from which production camp this cp falls into.

Thanks all. Got the forge. Yay!

There is however possibly an issue with the mob that trades for the component not repopping correctly - he had ~12 hours of being an unresponsive (null) says '...' though it did resolve itself after that so perhaps already known about and/or fixed.

There are a few funky forges that break exporting the forge list from the mud. That may be one.
