2 Benq: how to create poll?

Good day, mage.

I can create polls. When adding a post, below the usual preview, submit, etc buttons, there are a few more options to create a poll. What i dont know is if its open to everyone or just to board admins.

Benq is in vacances atm, dont give him work. If you want to create a poll, email me details and i will create it for you (in case normal users cant).

word of caution,

do not post any polls along the lines of

" '(immortal name)' should do this and that "

without at least having talked to the (immortal) first.
