A spectre looks at you with pity.

This might have been addressed elsewhere on the forums, and if so, my apologies!

I've noticed that my lowbie undead (spectres/ghouls) are apparently missing one eye and are almost completely blind in their other eye... i.e. they have trouble hitting a barn from 5 feet away, as long as the barn has some AC to its name. In catacombs, my spectres with Unholy Aura had a miss rate of about 90%. Is this intentional?

In general, people have been telling me that undead just kind of suck now. Which sort of blows for me, since I rolled a classo somewhat reliant on them. Any information on this issue would be much appreciated. :)

Edit: I should clarify that this refers specifically to fighting the ghouls/ghasts/wights. Bigger mobs = more ac, sure. But I'm mainly curious if undead control equipment now provides more hit than previously.

Van! Your only supposed to put pirate patches on one eye!

Sounds like Glaucoma. You do have the new sloth undead medical insurance don't you? This could cost a ton. :?
