Noone is going to code a whole new spell just because some newb tank thinks he's cool enough to tank Flame, but, what a pity, doesn't have his own Skin yet.

And I still think that there must be a tank on point according to mob's difficulty.
There won't be a spell to dispel Stone skin just because someone can't wait to get -10 instead of -9. No other application of that targeted dispel is unreplacable or unavoidable it seems. Also, we can wait and see for ourselves who's right.
