Reign isn't really that bad, I've reigned quite a few mobs in charisma mode, which is maxed what whatever quad is maxed at, pretty easily most of the time

Hrmm a few weeks ago when my purchased charisma was not adding to total I couldn't reign any mobs I tried.

Hrm, well I haven't really tried recently, the times I did use it was when I played more, before they took the added charisma off when they capped the max for buying...
