need Eq reimbursed - Post Office Error - Please Assist

Heya Imms,

Ive emailed and have times when the post office was broken previously. Lost a Jit Jing Disk there. Need help with this and have paged repeatedly in addition to emailing you guys with the times. Please assist. Have tried to avoid playing since this happened so a rent file could just be restored, but finally have played some since I have gotten no response since the event. I know going through logs can be a pain. This happened on Jan 6 at approx 2.45am - 2.48am CST.

See original email. I need some help with Music. The post office ate her Jit Jing Disk when it was broken. I was not aware it was eating things. Whatever can be done need some help everyone is telling me to contact one of you. I haven't really played since this happened. Wanted to get a bard up and going again.

Heya Guys,

Yesterday evening around 2.48 am cst I tested the post office with a recall scroll everything seemed fine so then i proceeded to ship a jit jing disk to vond from music. I could see it come up in unclaimed for 1500 but the shipping price was 100 this is why the scroll messed me up. The post office is very broke - I couldnt reclaim, claim or anything with music to get the disk back. I really need this back and dunno if you know about the post office please let me know.
