In combat blind

Is there a consensus among the imms that mages are the only class deserving of a blinding spell? Would be nice if necros and and druids had their own variations as well. I think Brand suggested one a while back.

Also I second the life extender spell for necros that Ah suggested. Seems only natural they should be able to affect the life/death bonds of fallen comrades.
