email addres change

I have a new email address and I want to change my info in the crier so posting notifications and other stuff goes to the new address. I changed it and hit submit. It tells me it's changed, but when I go back in, it's still set to the old address. I tried this twice and it doesn't seem to take affect. How do I change it?
