The following features are in on crash/reboot ::

Smokey Quartz Rune is now able to be forged without immortal help. (NO CHANGE IN ITS STATS. YET. IF EVER)

Code in place for Global Auctioneers (yay)
Auctioneer messages tweaked a little bit
Slight bug with auctioneer nobuyout fixed.
