Nerfs

1) Jujus have been lowered once again.
2)Potions, wands, infuse souls, and charms of spells such as heal, restoration, and greater heal will no longer use avatar or heal bonuses.
3) Soon, necros will only be able to create one juju charm. This has always been a bug which Akasha has fixed for me, I just need a chance to test it.
