Changes and fixes

1) Changed the shapeshifting dog into a bloodhound, and gave it the ability to use the search command. It was brought to my attention that some valk classos couldnt search and suggested this...

2) A new toggle has been created, see help numformat. If this is toggled on, values in score will appear with commas for easier reading such as below....

I am debating having all numerical values show as this if this is toggled on. But I am not sure...

3) Kjartan just finished coding a couple group commands that were suggested by Alberich or Plato, we cant remember which.

This command has two forms. It can only be used by the leader of a group.

The first form is "gset disband". This ends the group, ungrouping everybody
and stopping everybody from following the leader.

The second form is "gset transfer <target>". This transfers the group to
the specified person, who must be a member of the group. That person
becomes the new group leader.

5) I have also fixed the bug that was preventing shifted druids from saving, sorry it took so long as it wasnt very easy...

6) Fixed the bug that had loaded personal eq inside of caches crumbling or disappearing before it could be found.


All of this goes in on tonights reboot, and probably a few things Ive forgotten to mention...
