1) All the skills and spells seen using skills or spell classname/strata can can now be used to click to view that helpfile or right click for a menu of practice skill/spellname or help skill/spellname.
2) All skills and spells seen using practice can now be clicked to view the coordinating help file.
These go in on tomorrow morning's reboot.
