I spoke to William this week and informed him that the Wintin95 website no longer exists. He responded within an hour, laughed, and said that he was expected that outcome years ago, as he no longer owned that site!
Either way, he has posted the download link at http://www.wintin.org and search the site for wintin95.
We all owe William Lees(frob) so much for both in-game play(wintin 95 and wintin.net) and in-game content.

If you like to mud in crazy truetype fonts, wintin95 is great if you can still get it to work
