Sakura Gardens

I know Sakura is primarily intended primarily for lower level chars, there are alternate way into the Sakura, etc, etc, etc.

Of the three roses for Sakura (blue, red, crystal), there appears to no longer be a quest for the red_rose. If I recall correctly, this required the old Mage Tower area, so it makes sense that it could no longer be accomplished as written with the removal of that area.

Is there, or wil there be, an alternate way to acquire a red rose? If not, gate works, but I like to preserve what little mana I have.

I did the red rose quest 6 weeks or so ago and it did not require anything to do with the old mage tower.

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong then. When I tried to undertake red_rose at the entrance of the Sakura I got a message that there was nothing like that to undertake. Crystal_rose told me I wasn't advanced enough, and of course, my blue rose doesn't work anymore
