This function puts the first argument into the second argument, with no messages. Thus form 1 teleports a character to a room, form 2 teleports an object to the ground in a room, form 3 puts an object inside a container, and form 4 puts an object in the character's inventory. Note that when a character is teleported, he doesn't automatically perform a 'look' as he would if he had walked or gated to the room. The MUDL script will usually want to do this manually.
