Bonus exp changes

It seems, that bonus exp is still broken. And heavily lowered. Instead of anounced increase.
Few days before:
The king horsefly has been banished to the astral plane!
You gain 1Â 235Â 941 bonus experience!
Total exp for kill is 3Â 484Â 110.
Today
The king horsefly has been banished to the astral plane!
You gain 723Â 996 bonus experience!
Total exp for kill is 3Â 619Â 983.
Almost 2 times lower then it was before.

code is reverted.
with the exception of a 1 line fix for remorts.
you guys would have been better off with the new code that i can easily adjust bonus up/down
but whatever.

Remort?
Code is reverted back to what it was a few days ago except the negative xp check is removed from remorts.
