Hello!
Today I found out there's some proc on spiritual hammers that wasnt present earlier.
But it not hitting ethereal mobs.
Is this as it supposed to work or some unfinished buglike behaviour?

Well known thing... those procs only come from masterfully cast spiritual hammer (glowing sizzling one). Those procs have never hit ether mobs, which is why whenever someone casts masterful hammer they usually just end up removing it and casting spell again.

Now if some coder wants to alter this behavior, go for it...
