I've noticed that eq from new areas(The Jungles Of Sess'Inek, The Amaryllian Pass) and new drachma eq havent been added to eqlist. Is it normal?

We have already explained to you how the eqlist works, along with the existence of a 'no-eqlist' flag.

It is normal.

As for the new drachma eq, that's simpler. Until someone purchases an item in question and identifies it, it won't show up in the eqlist.
