Also, it always visiously massacred mobs when check passed, but never was a finishing blow, not a single time. I suspect it actually did not any damage at all.

If your learned percent hasn't been fixed, I can fix it.

Cut the coders some slack on fixing it. They're pretty busy. Pls submit it via the bugs cmd ingame because that ensures it will be seen by the approp person, when they have time to work on it. If you have any clue why it happened, mention it.

I have never seen this happen, I don't believe its been reported before, and the code has not changed, so not really sure what is going on...

I know the damage was reduced at start of s4, although I don't know why. And on s4 I have gotten many a kill with riposte. Nothing has changed about that.

Can anyone remind me the mechanics of the skills where you have to use them to get your learned percentage up?

Do we even still have that? I can't remember which skills it affects or how it works.

The % will go back up in a few hrs. It has done that on both my war primes
I would have reported it when it happened, but was told just wait and % will return so thought that's the way it worked.
