Mug shipped me a Champagne Pearl, a Freshwater Pearl and a Hematite a little bit ago(maybe an hour or so?) and I never received them and he couldn't reclaim them so it appears they went poof or possibly went immediately into claim and someone claimed quickly? Anyway i don't think it is safe to ship stuff atm and hope that it's fixed soon!

Think there is a shipping bug caused by dates, happens every new year. Good chance this is the problem.
