Ideas:

monk skill to assist thief in a backstab, extra damage takes place 5 rounds or so after the stab/grip so as not to exploit 2 man xp runs.
bard prime gods of war avatar song that sings gods of war and also adds +10% healbonus or +10% spelldam depending on what the bard wants to sing
a group gold area, please! soloing gold is just as annoying as soloing exp
