When I rent and re-enter to Sloth, my level of learning "triple attack" becomes 50%.
But I still can't read "three embossed blades" to learn it higher percent!

And after fighting to any mob this level becomes 95%.... So - it's bug??
Or my lev of triple attack is only 50% actually??

Its not a bug exactly, and both are correct.

When you are level 36, your max triple attack is 50%. This is the max you can learn this skill to and is the default value that is set when you enter the game.

As you level towards 40 warrior, your skill becomes better. Triple attack is checked and set higher if needed every time you enter battle to reflect this.

So, you can learn it to 50% with books, and you can learn it to 95% by leveling.

It will be reset to 50% by default every time you rent, and reset by default back to 95% every time you swing your sword.

And that's probably not the clearest explanation... but the solution is very warrior-like. When in doubt, smash something and see if that fixes it.

Now I've understood.

Though, it should be said, it's a bit strange way to realize a skill's learning... not usual.
But as my "triple att" level is 95% during fighting, I never worry about anything else
