Not sure if this is a bug or maybe a problem that occurred from restoring after a crash, but one of my characters was missing an item. He was wearing a Purple Collar when he rented a room at the Newbatia Inn, but when he returned the next day it was missing. The days were May 17 and May 18 in case that’s important.

Purple collars are temp items. This means if you leave valk, they crumble, and if you rent, they will crumble. You can be rented without it crumbling for something like 30 minutes to an hour, I don't know the actual length, with no problem. The same is true of dropping link. Basically, you can wear them while you're playing, and you can put them in your locker, but they will be gone after that.
