Microsoft says this .dll can be corrupted: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/324762

Mudlet forum says XP no longer supported and it wont work under XP anymore: http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php? ... 0&start=30

Trying to download older version of Mudlet "Mudlet 2.1 (Windows)" give an error "Invalid File ID or File Name."
