Add co-leader bonus

Often leader's effort aren't enough to keep the group in order. Sometimes, in large groups another person needs to:
- run the healo
- run to areas and beacon
- give specs to people
- guide and spell up newbies
- get mare
- help the leader with debuffs (yes, only 2-3 of 10 do this)
- keep an eye on the eq mob kill order.

Even if the leader can do all of the above, having someone help him makes things significantly easier.

Most often than not, this is done by 1-2 ppl other, than the leader. And in my groups, this is mostly 2-3 actual ppl, maybe 5 total, out of 15+.

So, to encourage and reward this helpful co-leading, allow a leader to appoint a co-leader (ie a pilot) and give him a share of his exp.

1st iteration: give 50% of own leadership exp to the co-leader.
2nd iteration: give a specified share (10-50%) of own exp to the co-leader. This will allow the leader give his co-leader a proportional reward for the job he's doing.
3d iteration: allow 2 co-leaders with their total bonus being no more, than 50% of leadership bonus total. Maybe only in groups of 10+. Useful in huge/quest groups.

If you just give additional exp to co-leaders, rather than taking it from the leader, you will allow more co-leaders to get involved, because leaders will then be more encouraged to appoint a co-leader. It's up to you, really.

An added bonus will be that not only we'll get more co-leaders, but also that we'll get more ppl closer to leading groups by doing parts of the leader's job. Maybe someday they'll lead, too - you can check how many leaders broke 100mil leadership exp in a week or two to see, whether we need leaders.
