okay.. i've managed to gather all the pieces needed to forge neptunes rib.. however i am having an difficulty locating the forger. Any help would be greatly appreciated. That is an area to try.. a hint at the forger..

The forger is Lyrastrya (Onyx tower, most likely), costs 750k.
