Actually, perhaps this can illustrate my point best. I record my rerolls, and since I'm home now, I have access to them. These were all rolled at the same time, either yesterday or the day before. Keep in mind that I'm shooting for a dex of 17-18 with these rolls:
Str: 17 / 0, Int: 8, Wis: 9, Dex: 13, Con: 14
Str: 16 / 0, Int: 10, Wis: 12, Dex: 13, Con: 15
Str: 14 / 0, Int: 11, Wis: 12, Dex: 13, Con: 14
----tick----
Str: 18 / 84, Int: 9, Wis: 11, Dex: 11, Con: 18
Str: 18 / 55, Int: 11, Wis: 14, Dex: 14, Con: 17
Str: 18 / 53, Int: 13, Wis: 13, Dex: 14, Con: 16
----tick----
Str: 16 / 0, Int: 8, Wis: 9, Dex: 9, Con: 14
Str: 15 / 0, Int: 10, Wis: 11, Dex: 13, Con: 13
Str: 14 / 0, Int: 12, Wis: 12, Dex: 14, Con: 14
Figure that it takes me a few seconds to copy the rolls out of wintin and into word, so I do about 3-4 rolls a minute. Judging by what Blackmore posted, it seems a reasonable risk to spam tokens if I get a good roll.
