Jasper Rune

I'm Necro Prime so enjoy using Undead Control.

I've recently obtained a Jasper Rune:
Jasper +1 Undead Control cloaks and mantles

I'd realised its a neck rune but not that it was so restrictive.
I have 2 UC neck items already:
<worn around neck> an ugly decaying ankh (with a clasp of life and death attached to it)
<worn on shoulders> woven shoulder guards of flesh (with a clasp of life and death attached to it)

Neither of which are cloaks or mantles so cant socket Jasper Rune.

I'm happy to go cycle an alternate neck UC item that it will attach to but from eqlist there are only 4 UC neck items none of which are cloaks of mantles (as far as I can see). Theres obviously no point in socketing it to a non-UC item.

Am I missing something - is there an item I can use Jasper Rune on to increase my UC total?

Try socketing it to something you wear about your body instead, like a Shroud of Undead Spiritcharmer.

Seems I must have once known it ... I already have a Jasper on my UC robe .

Does anyone want to trade for a Jasper Rune? (Seems I now have a spare)
