The fanatic mob

I cant hold myself from not creating a special thread regarding this 'fanatic person' feature.
One more time, whoever invented and coded it - this is brilliant idea and brilliant, masterful implementation.
Makes me almost cry from happiness when I see it, its so damn good! <3<3<3<3<3
Thank you, mister.

The fanatic arrives from the east.

say omg its fanatic
You say 'omg its fanatic'

The fanatic says 'Oh my gosh! It's Ulfric!'

The fanatic says 'Do you have your own warcry?'

A soldier of Bal Harbor arrives from the east.
The Red Sash City Guard arrives from the east.

The fanatic salutes the Red Sash Sergeant.

A soldier of Bal Harbor leaves east.
The Red Sash City Guard leaves east.

l fanatic
This boy has blonde hair and freckles. He appears to be eight years old.
It appears that he has scavenged various articles of garbage to create his
own set of adventure gear. He's wearing an old sack on his body that is
tied around his waist with some scrap cord. He has rags on his hands, a
broken bucket on his head, and is wielding a broken broom handle.

The fanatic is in excellent condition.

The fanatic sees a kobold mercenary and screams in terror!
The fanatic panics and attempts to flee.
The fanatic leaves east.

^^^ this is only one instance, the fanatic can do much more, I just did not bother to log and post.

The fanatic arrives from the east.

The fanatic says 'Oh my gosh! It's Ulfric!'

The fanatic says 'Have you ever bashed someone to death?'

The fanatic says 'Move along citizen - there's nothing to see here.'

The fanatic leaves east.

He was begging the auctioneer for a toy sword and, when I got him one, he didn't appreciate it. What a self-centered ass.

I hope more code goes into him.

Thanks, Teker.

Thanks for the compliments. With all the "open source" comments going around I thought I'd mention that the fanatic's code is written entirely in mudl and was done before I had access to the code. I wanted to see if it were possible to build something creative into the game without coding it in C.

It is true that he does not react to much - the old DIku framework isn't very helpful in this respect. It's rather involved to determine if a "give sword" command is successful or even to the right mob. It is something I hope to build on in the future once I get through some of the feature requests I currently have in my queue.
