New Warrior Skill: Toss

Late last night I finished up the last warrior skill being added for awhile called toss. Please refer to the help file for further information on this skill. I am happy with their skill list now, it has come a very long way in the last half year when there was only 8:-) Eventually I will add some at the avatar levels....maybe.

A big thanks goes out to Isabo for helping me get this one just as I wanted it.
