Mount 'An Mystica adjustments

At Idjit's request and with Tox's approval, I've made minor adjustments to Mount 'An Mystica mob values.

The general gist of which is that it should be somewhat less draining and more rewarding and should make Lyme feel a little bigger.

One other change is that I set it to reset only if empty, because if a whole group goes down deep in the zone, after the wandering aggros have repopped, there's little chance of a rescue.

ps...It's been purged and reset already. So changes are ingame and you might check pops.
