Cloud Giants Item Drops Fixed

Fixed a problem with the random EQ loads in the Cloud Giants. The wrong list
of objects were set to load therefore causing some forges and autoquest
completeions to be impossible. The proper drops are in place and the
following known forges/AQs are known to be affected and should work
properly now. Other forges and AQs may be affected, and each of you are
encouraged to let us know if you find one that isn't listed here.

Lowered load rates of random equipment and components in Cloud Giants.
Things were just simply loading far too often. It should now be a bit more
comaprable to what we had in mind. Should be a very noticeable difference
as over 300 random items had loaded in that area over the last few hours.
I'm afraid those giants were working completely above and beyond the call
of duty.
