Finally, Necromancer changes! Ruh ro...

To summarize:

Necro primes will get bonus servant points on achieving each 40 class levels, including Av40. It is intended that summoning more lower end mobs might provide better value against the fewer available higher end mobs, depending on the level. We did look through the individual necro pets to balance out the combinations available. It would be up to the individual necromancers to determine their best pet combination, given their levels. In other words, experiment more with different combinations!

There are no bonus servant points for non-Necro primes. Their progression comes from summoning the best available pets by achieving the level requirements.
And yes, a necro secondary character gets to summon a pair of swordwraith/dracolich at Av40.

On the downside, UC EQs have been providing double the intended bonus for summon undead creatures. This is unintended and has been fixed. Bye bye, super banshees! We did put this fix into considerations when balancing the undead pets though.

Balancing tweaks made to individual mobs,
Vilewights are given more hitrolls to help landing hits.
Banshees are given some base HP.
Phantoms are now the wraith deluxe! They are given a HP boost, more HP regen, and an additional attack.
Swordwraiths are given a lot more base HP and some damage.

A scattering range of AC boost was given to Bansees, Bonesnarls, Phantoms, Dracolichs and Swordwraiths.

Now here is the list of actual bugs that were found, fixed, and adjusted for
in the balancing and progression of the necro classes pets:

1) Animate dead and summon undead were using different bonuses for UC equipment. They both are identical now. Summon undead was lowered and animate dead was raised and they met in the middle.
2) There was a bug in control horde with the 9 class system, giving a bonus of almost a full 2 server points instead of 1 which was always the intended number. This has been fixed.( You can still summon 3 bones but not 5 wraiths)
3) Increase in server points was lower, at double and single 40 for summon undead than animate, this has been fixed. Summon undead bonuses were brought up to match that of animate dead.
4) Neither summon undead or animate dead had increase of server points for 9x40, this has been added.
5) Cap for 6x40 animate dead was getting cap for 7x40, and 7x40 was getting the 6x40 cap. This has been corrected.
6) Avatar 40 was not counting towards player summon/animate level, so if a 4th class necro tried summoning a 6x40 creature, they could not. This has been fixed.

On a final note, we have been recruiting players to help us with projects lately. This has helped us get changes, you the players have asked for, in-game quicker. I did receive help with this project, both finding of bugs in original code, stat suggestions, and player testing to assure a nice progression is available to Necromancers. The project was able to be completed in a little less than a week.

Please feel free to let us know if there are any issues or suggestions on improvements. Also, if we accidentally created something too powerful, also please let me know.

Enjoy,
Splork

These changes will be in-game next reboot or crash. I do have to manually move over the new mob stats, so if the mud crashes and I am not around, the new mob stats will not be in-game for a bit.
