Saves Equipment

Saves equipment will now help a player casting their spells to bypass a mob's saves. What this ultimately means is, the more negative saves eq a player wears, the better chance this player has to prep a mob or reach max spell damage. This code only works if the target is a mobile, as the code is simply too much of a mess to recreate the entire thing.

Attunement also helps in this department and position of mage in class order plays a small role as well.

On reboot, all castings by a player against anything ingame, pc or mobile, will use the new saves formula. Mostly this is for testing/arena purposes.
