Monk changes

1) New skill, barehanded accuracy is now ingame. Chobbs is nearly done with the mini-quest which will be used to maximize the skill. The skill adds + hit to barehanded attacks in accordance to the position of Monk in a player's classo. The +hit bonuses are dependent upon level of the monk class and avatar class.
* I will write the help file tomorrow night, hopefully.

2) Improved attack can now reach 95%. This will increase every 10 Monk levels up to 95% around double 40. This should drastically reduce the amount of times a player sees a very weak attack, which used to happen 15% of the time.

Mornin' folks,

Barehanded accuracy learning method zoned and ingame. Think kung fu movies! But remember, be nice to the gentle fellows who load them! Or be mean. They're probably too busy chanting to notice.

Let me know if there are any problems with it.

The later rounds of deathgrip have been tweaked and should do much greater damage than before.

Just an FYI, if this turns out to be too much damage, Splorkie reserves the right to fix, altar, or remove the change entirely.
