Hitpoint changes

1) hit point changes, every point of con now counts
*Vast majority of players are going to gain hitpoints with this change
2) Move changes, classes 5-8 got cut in half, Toxis was correct, having 550 moves is rediculous
3) Mob strengths have been increased, hopefully this will help with shops and quest mobs not taking items from characters.
* This will not affect their damage and hit
